Join Us at Extra Life Chicago Gaming Convention!

Extra Life Chicago Gaming Convention (ELCGC) is an event hosted at Lurie Children’s designed to bring the gaming community in Chicago together and is the only charity gaming convention in the area. ELCGC is a place to play arcade, video and tabletop games, compete in tournaments and a cosplay competition, shop vendors and artists, play live laser tag, hear from game developers in Chicago, attend an app building workshop, meet patient families from Lurie Children’s and more. All proceeds from ELCGC benefit the patients and families that Lurie Children’s serves annually through the local Extra Life Chicago program. Participating in ELCGC looks different for every person and organization but aims to unite the Midwest gaming community together all for kids in Chicago.

Extra Life Chicago Gaming Convention will be held on October 7th, 2023 from 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. at Lurie Children’s (225 E. Chicago Ave, Chicago). Join us for a fun day all to help us Change Kids Health, Change the Future!
