Kids Need Us, We Need You

To our CMNH Partner Family,

On behalf of everyone at Lurie Children’s, I hope you, your teams and your loved ones are safe and well during this uncertain time. Like many of you who continue to provide essential goods and services during these times, Lurie Children’s remains focused on ensuring children have access to the healthcare they deserve. We’re dedicated to keeping our doctors and nurses safe and healthy and securing the supplies required to serve our patients and families – all to keep kids happy and keep families strong.

But we cannot do this alone.

While we know there is so much uncertainty and rapid change happening right now, we wanted to share three ways you can unite behind Lurie Children’s to change kids’ health and change the future:

  • Move for Kids – join your company’s team at Move for Kids, presented by Hub Group in a special virtual format this year. You can participate in the fun by tuning into livestreamed events and moving in your own safe spaces. Plus, all funds raised will count towards your location and company’s 2020 fundraising total.
  • Thank Doctors & Nurses – our doctors, nurses and other caregivers are working around the clock to keep our patients and families safe. Your encouraging words can go a long way to boost morale. Send a note and let our caregivers know that you appreciate them!
  • Join the #ChildrensHospitalsWeek Movement – share your support for children’s health on April 6-12 and follow along on Facebook and Instagram. This week is all about recognizing the importance of children’s hospitals and how hospitals like Lurie Children’s are on the frontlines protecting kids – especially in times of crisis.

We cannot thank you enough for your continued support and will continue to share updates on Lurie Children’s work to benefit our community. You’re always there for Lurie Children’s, and in turn our team is here for you. Don’t hesitate to reach out if we can support you in any way or if you have questions about getting involved.

For the kids,

Your Lurie Children’s CMN Team
