Speedway Thanks Lurie Children’s Healthcare Heroes

Speedway, a Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals partner, thanked staff at Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago by sending their special-edition “Speedy Rewards” cards.

The Speedy Reward cards were distributed to Emergency Department staff at Lurie Children’s, who work tirelessly to care for the more than 60,000 patients admitted each year. As the premier pediatric trauma center in the Chicago area, Lurie Children’s Kenneth & Anne Griffin Emergency Care Center provides acute care for ill and injured children. The emergency care center is staffed 24 hours a day by board-certified pediatric emergency medicine specialists and fellows.

Staff can use the cards at Speedway locations for five cents per gallon fuel savings and five free coffee or fountain drinks.
