Partner Spotlight: Love’s Travel Stops
2020 was an extremely difficult year for everyone, but we are so thankful and proud of all the CMN partners who went above and beyond to support their local Children’s Miracle Network Hospital! Love’s Travel Stops throughout the Chicagoland and Northwest Indiana area fundraised from mid-July to December 31st across 12 locations to raise over $49,000 for Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago!
Normally associates would raise funds through various methods, including everything from selling t-shirts to hosting in-store fundraisers, but the pandemic made many of these options no longer possible. Our friends at Love’s Travel Stops went above and beyond for CMN Hospitals this year and extended their usual 4-week campaign by an additional 4-months, all for the kids! Love’s frontline team members got creative with some friendly competition where each week they’d compete to see who the highest fundraising team member and location for Lurie Children’s was, and even sold special branded face-masks for additional donations!
We are so grateful to all the Love’s Travel Stops who were on the frontlines fundraising for our hospital and can’t thank them enough for their support during such a difficult time. Special shout out to our top fundraising locations: Love’s 394 in Demotte, IN, Love’s 763 in Hampshire, IL, and Love’s 395 in Kankakee, IL!
