Coca-Cola and Panda Express Bring Joy to Lurie Children’s
Earlier this month, the patients, families and staff at Lurie Children’s were surprised by an exciting visit from two special friends: the Coca-Cola polar bear and Panda Express panda bear!
During their visit, the mascots were joined by Panda Express and Coca-Cola volunteers who gave out toys and crafts to children receiving treatment at Lurie Children’s.
Panda Express is one of Lurie Children’s largest corporate partners – having raised more than $2.6 million to support the hospital since 2008. Panda Express is also a Circle of Honor member of Lurie Children’s Corporate Champions – a society of companies that contribute more than $10,000 to Lurie Children’s in one calendar year.
This month, through December 28th, visit your local Panda Express and when you purchase any Coca-Cola beverage, Coca-Cola and Panda Express will donate holiday gifts & cheer to Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals.
